The 140th Canton Fair opens Oct 15: appliances in phase 1, kitchenware in phase 2
The autumn Canton Fair runs in three phases: household appliances on Oct 15–19, kitchen and tableware on Oct 23–27. Before you look at ice makers in Guangzhou, prepare these questions.
According to China's Ministry of Commerce, the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) opens in Guangzhou on October 15, 2026, with more than 30,000 exhibitors expected. It runs in three phases again:

Pre-registration for overseas buyers is open all year. The last session (the 139th) drew 314,000 overseas buyers from 220 countries and regions.
Questions to ask about ice makers
- Plug and voltage: 120 V or 220–240 V for your market, and which plug.
- Certification: what your market requires, and whether a sample can go for testing first.
- How output is measured: at what room and water temperature the daily output was tested.
- Packaging and branding: can the box, manual and logo carry your brand, and what is the minimum order.
- Samples and lead time: how long a sample takes, and how long a full order.
