This policy explains what information XIMIVA collects on this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. Our contact details will be published here soon.

What we collect

  • Orders: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, the products you buy and any order notes.
  • Payments: handled by PayPal. We receive confirmation of the payment and the payer’s PayPal email address, never your card number or bank details.
  • Inquiries: what you enter in the inquiry form, such as name, company, email, phone, country and message.
  • Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe. While we run a sign-up offer, we also make a discount code for your address and email it to you.
  • In your browser: your cart, inquiry list and language choice are saved in your browser’s local storage so they are still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
  • Protection against spam and fraud: when you pay, subscribe, or send an inquiry or a custom request, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not an automated program, is using the page. For this check Cloudflare processes technical information from your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser details. It is used only to tell people from bots, not for advertising.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order.
  • To reply to your inquiries and prepare quotes.
  • To send news about our products if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

  • PayPal, to take your payment.
  • Netlify, which hosts this website and stores form submissions and order records for us.
  • Resend, which sends our emails, such as the discount code for new subscribers.
  • Cloudflare, for the spam and fraud check on the checkout, the newsletter and the request forms (Turnstile privacy addendum).
  • Couriers and customs authorities, to deliver your order.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

We ship from China, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. We only share what is needed for the purposes above.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them to provide service and to meet legal and accounting requirements. If you start a checkout but do not pay, the details you entered are deleted automatically within three days. Inquiries and newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you news. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
