These terms apply to purchases made on this website from XIMIVA (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Wholesale, distribution and OEM/ODM orders are covered by separate agreements.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when your payment is completed and you see the order confirmation page. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we cannot deliver to your address.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include the volume discount shown for the quantity you choose.
- Shipping is added at checkout. Prices do not include import duties or local taxes, which are paid by the recipient.
- Payment is processed by PayPal, with a PayPal account or a debit or credit card.
Quantity limits
Online orders are limited to 10 units per model and 20 units per order. For larger quantities, please send us an inquiry.
Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Specifications marked TBA will be updated when official data is published. Please use and clean the ice maker as described in its manual.
Warranty and liability
Our warranty terms will be published soon. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
