Do you offer OEM/ODM?

Yes. We customize logos and markings, plug standards, packaging and accessories. Some bullet models also offer a handle, metal shell and copper condenser. See the Customize page.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the model and the customization. Send us your requirements on the contact page and we will put together a plan.

Can I get samples first?

Samples can be arranged. Mention “samples needed” in your inquiry.

Can I customize just the logo?

Yes. Logos and markings can be customized on their own, with everything else standard.

Can we use our own packaging design?

Yes. Color boxes are printed to your design, or choose paper-tray or plain packing.

Can the manual be multilingual?

We can prepare language versions for your market; details are confirmed in the plan.
